Data use boundary

This product will process sensitive health-related information such as family member names, relationships, health descriptions, device indicator types, medication descriptions, authority roles, and risk treatment records. Please only enter information that has legal consent and is necessary for care; the visibility must be confirmed before sharing with family members or first aid/physician roles. Current 10 Role Review Supplement: Incorporate all identities, relationships, health descriptions, symptoms, medications, indicators, alert basis, contact results, approval reasons, permission status, free text and export report content into sensitive data classification or field-level sensitivity tags. ;Default data minimization: only collect information necessary for care tasks; minimized entry, authorization, visible range, deletion and revocation prompts are displayed next to sensitive fields. ;Member-level consent, authorization scope, revocation status, and proxy basis must be persisted; and may not be shared with restricted roles when authorization is insufficient. ; The deletion/retention scope of export, history, AI running, approval, rollback snapshots and audit logs must be clear; audit retention needs to be de-identified or minimized for display. ;Front-end hiding must not replace back-end field-level permissions; export and history viewing must apply the same permission cuts.

RETENTION

Data retention

Project data is retained for 180 days by default; users can manually delete family nodes, graph events, permission matrices, and reminder records. Audit logs are retained for 365 days by default for security tracking, and deletion requests are marked with processing status and executed within the scope of compliance.

Human responsibility and rollback

This product is only used for home care information compilation, authority collaboration and risk warning, and does not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment suggestions, first aid instructions or medical device functions. Any health abnormalities, acute symptoms or emergencies should be directed by the user to contact a qualified physician or local emergency services. AI may misinterpret, report false positives or miss negatives, and all risk alerts must be reviewed manually before action is taken.

Rollback only means revoking the map records, permission matrix, reminder status or workflow status generated in this site and restoring to the previous version; it does not mean that external device data, external messages, medical records or any unconnected production system changes have been withdrawn.
